Harry grew up in New York City and attended St. Bernard’s and Trinity School. While attending Occidental College, Harry spent a semester abroad at Donghua University in Shanghai to study Mandarin through CET’s intensive language program.
​
Harry joined Manhattan Mandarin in 2015 as a private tutor, after-school teacher, and the head of curriculum development.
​
More recently, Harry completed CET's language-pledge business Mandarin program in Beijing; after four months of no English, he returned to NYC excited to get teaching again.
​​
Harry loves to read, spends much of his free time writing fiction, and plans to publish novels in the near future.
​
Harry now has over 5,000 hours of private tutoring experience, has worked with students of all ages (toddlers to retired adults!), and is eager to work with high schoolers, college students, and those seeking Mandarin lessons for business or travel purposes.
